Easy To Apply (5 Steps)
You’ve been doing this since primary school, but here we are. Start with a clean, dry surface. Dust, grease and moisture are the quickest way to waste a good sticker.
- Give the spot a proper wipe and let it dry completely.
- Peel the sticker away from its backing. Try not to paw at the sticky side.
- Line it up before you commit, then place one edge down first.
- Press from the middle out with your fingers or a clean card to push out trapped air.
- Run around the edges once more and make sure the whole thing is stuck down.
That’s it. No iron, no transfer sheet and no mucking around.
Where It Sticks
Smooth, clean and dry surfaces are the go. Toolboxes, eskies, beer fridges, laptops and windows are all fair game. Your mate’s windscreen is between you and him.
- Avoid dusty, oily, rusty, peeling or heavily textured spots
- Make sure the surface is properly dry before you start
- Take your time with bigger stickers so you don’t trap air underneath
- Test a small hidden spot first if the paint or finish is worth a lot to you
