Orders placed before midday (Queensland time) on a business day are typically sent the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day.

Standard shipping within Australia takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping within Australia is typically 1 to 3 business days. Remote areas (NT, outback QLD, WA) may take a little longer. International orders vary by destination, typically 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes, free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99. Orders under that threshold incur a flat-rate fee at checkout. International shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your location.

Yes. Express shipping is $20 and is available for Australian orders only. It typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch.

We ship Australia-wide and internationally to most countries. If your country is listed at checkout, we can get your gear there. International customers may be liable for local customs duties or import taxes.

Yes. You can add our optional shipping guarantee at checkout. It gives you extra coverage if something goes wrong with your parcel while it is with Australia Post.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. Use that number on the Australia Post website or app to follow your parcel. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

We process orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible at contact@blokesadvice.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once it has left our hands, we cannot stop it, but our returns process can sort things out after it arrives.

First, check your Australia Post tracking link. Parcels sometimes sit at a depot or get scanned as delivered before they reach your door. Keep in mind our deliveries require signatures, so it might be waiting at your local post office.

If tracking shows it has been stuck for more than 5 business days, or says delivered but nothing has turned up, email us at contact@blokesadvice.com with your order number and we will follow it up.

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of the day you receive your order, for full-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. To start a return, email contact@blokesadvice.com with your order number and reason for return. Once you have lodged the return, send us the tracking number and we will process your refund once it arrives.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, ship it back to us with a note including your name, order number and what you would like to swap it for:

Once received, we will process the exchange and send you a link to cover the return shipping costs.

Email contact@blokesadvice.com with your order number and a photo of the fault or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.

For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, return postage is at the customer's expense. If we sent you a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return postage costs and arrange a prepaid Australia Post label.

No. Blokes Advice is an apparel brand and anyone can buy and wear the gear. There is no membership or sign-up needed, and most of our customers have never been in our online community. If you like the designs and what the brand stands for, it is for you.

Absolutely. Plenty of women wear Blokes Advice. Our tees are a standard unisex fit, so buy the size you would normally get in a band tee or event tee.

Each product page includes a size guide. Check it before adding to cart. Our tees and singlets are a regular unisex fit cut to standard Australian sizing. If you are between sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, size up.

Our tees and tanks are 100% combed cotton. Our hoodies are an 80/20 cotton-polyester fleece. Our footy shorts are polyester with a sublimation print. Tees and hoodies are screen printed locally on the Gold Coast with high-quality plastisol inks. Material details are also listed on each individual product page.

Some items do get restocked; others are limited runs. Keep an eye on our socials and newsletter for restock announcements. You can also hit the Notify Me button on the product page to be emailed when a restock happens.

Not at this stage. Our range is adult sizing only.

No. Blokes Advice is online only. We do not have retail stockists, so blokesadvice.com is the only place to buy official gear.
