Orders & Shipping

Standard shipping within Australia takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is typically 1 to 3 business days. Remote areas (NT, outback QLD, WA) may take a little longer. International orders vary by destination, typically 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes, free shipping on all Australian orders over $129. Orders under that threshold incur a flat-rate fee at checkout. International shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your location.

We ship Australia-wide and internationally to most countries. If your country is listed at checkout, we can get your gear there. International customers may be liable for local customs duties or import taxes.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. Use that number on the Australia Post website or app to follow your parcel. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

We process orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible at contact@blokesadvice.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once it has left our hands, we cannot stop it, but our returns process can sort things out after it arrives.

First, check your Australia Post tracking link. Parcels sometimes sit at a depot or get scanned as delivered before they reach your door. Keep in mind our deliveries require signatures, so it might be waiting at your local post office.

If tracking shows it has been stuck for more than 5 business days, or says delivered but nothing has turned up, email us at contact@blokesadvice.com with your order number and we will follow it up.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. To start a return, email contact@blokesadvice.com with your order number and reason for return.

Ship it back to us with a note including your name, order number and what you would like to swap it for:

Once received, we will process the exchange and send you a link to cover the return shipping costs.

Email contact@blokesadvice.com with your order number and a photo of the fault or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.

For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, return postage is at the customer's expense. If we sent you a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the return postage costs and arrange a prepaid Australia Post label.

Products & Sizing

Each product page includes a size guide. Check it before adding to cart. Our tees and singlets are cut to standard Australian sizing. If you are between sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, size up.

All our tees and tanks are 100% combed cotton. Material details are also listed on each individual product page.

Some items do get restocked; others are limited runs. Keep an eye on our social media and the BA Facebook group for restock announcements. You can also hit the Notify Me button on the product page to be emailed when a restock happens.

Community & Group

Head to the Join BA page on our website for the direct link. The group is free to join. It is a private group, so there is a short approval process.

Yes. It is a private space for men to talk openly without judgement, covering everything from everyday banter to serious life stuff. The no-girls environment is intentional and part of what makes it work. We currently have over 320,000 members.

The group has rules that keep it a worthwhile place to be. If you have been removed, it is likely because a post crossed the line. Email contact@blokesadvice.com if you believe it was a mistake and we will take a look. Repeat rule-breakers will not be re-admitted.

We run 'Plug Your Business' posts every few weeks — you can use them to promote what you're doing! Unsolicited advertising in the group beyond that is not permitted. If you are interested in partnering with Blokes Advice as a brand, reach out at contact@blokesadvice.com. We work with brands that genuinely align with our community values.

For urgent situations, contact us at contact@blokesadvice.com or DM the public Blokes Advice page. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services on 000 without delay. The group has trained volunteers who respond to welfare concerns.

Better Bloke Project

The Better Bloke Project is a registered Australian charity that grew out of Blokes Advice. It is dedicated to improving the mental and physical wellbeing of Australian men. The project runs community events, the Better Bloke Podcast, mental health pathways workshops, and connects men with professional support services.

If you or someone close to you is in distress or immediate danger, dial 000. You can also call Lifeline on 13 11 14 (24 hours, 7 days) or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636. You do not have to deal with it on your own.
