Shipping policy
Processing and dispatch
Orders placed before midday (Queensland time) on a business day are typically sent the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day.
Shipping within Australia
All Australian orders ship with Australia Post.
- Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Free on orders over $99 AUD. A flat rate applies to orders under $99, shown at checkout.
- Express: $20 AUD, typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Remote areas (including parts of NT, WA and outback QLD) may take a little longer.
International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination. Express shipping is not available for international orders. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). International customers may be charged local customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in the order price.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping guarantee
You can add our optional shipping guarantee at checkout for extra coverage if something goes wrong with your parcel while it is with Australia Post.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with your local post office first. Then email contact@blokesadvice.com with your order number and we'll follow it up.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email contact@blokesadvice.com as soon as possible. We can't change an order once it has been dispatched.
